The Evidence Is Growing
Thirteen states have now enacted legislation supporting HBOT for veterans with TBI and PTSD. Combined state funding exceeds $33 million. The state of Florida has committed $28 million to the most rigorous clinical trial of HBOT for TBI ever conducted. Peer-reviewed studies in journals including the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry, Military Medicine, PLOS ONE, and Frontiers in Neurology have demonstrated significant, sustained improvement in PTSD symptoms, cognitive function, and brain connectivity following HBOT.
HBOT has not yet received FDA approval specifically for TBI or PTSD. But the clinical evidence is growing, the legislative momentum is undeniable, and the veterans who have received treatment are living proof that brain healing is possible.
Stronghold Alliance partners with licensed medical providers and administers all HBOT treatment under appropriate clinical oversight. We believe in measuring outcomes, not guessing. Every warrior who enters our program receives brain scans before and after treatment, because restoration should be proven, not promised.
